I have that problem whenever I am not up on my feet and moving around. It is

probably a circulatory problem caused by not being able to get a good

cardiovascular workout like I used to before pain took over my life.

getting so cold they go numb? Or your fingers going numb just from using the

computer mouse too long? I seem to have a lot of problem keeping my hands warm

and my feet too, and my fingers go numb often.

My pain doctor tells me my neck is fine there are no pinched nerves but it sure

feels like it sometimes!

Hi Kris,

I sure know what your talking about.  I have that same feeling all the time.

The numbness and tingling associated with freezing hands and feet.  I have MS

and the demyelination in my spine is what causes this according to my doctor.  I

pray that you don't have MS but it's something to look into.  I wish the best

for you and I pray you have a very Merry Christmas and a low pain day also.

hello Kris, and all,

I also have trouble with my hands going numb and tingly.  My feet do too.  They

even turn whitish and get stiff.  They do this when I am laying down (which I

have to do most of the time because of my back pain) or if my arm is resting on

something while I am sitting down.

I was taking a nap the other day when the phone rang and I went to pick it up

but my hand was so numb I could hardly feel the phone to pick it up.

This happens every day with me.

take care, Coleen

An EMG in the cervical spine found this out. My Neurologist did the test. Ask

your Dr. if you qualify for this test. It seems to me, you do. Just ask the

tester(Neurologist) to check out the Ulna's in each arm.
