Good morning Cheryl (AZ.),

I was diagnosed with both herniated and bulging disc's plus lumbar spinal

stenosis to go along with Cervical and thoracic spinal stenosis.

I don't know why it is, that the moist heat works on killing that pain, but it

does.

There are other occassions when only ice works but those are few and far

between.

Thanks for reminding me I have an appointment with the Anesthesiologist's next

month for another epidural to my right side again. I had the first one done last

year, in Feb. and it lasted until May of this year. I think I got my money's

worth on that shot,lol.

Yeah , I can't wait. That is all the shots do to help, but that sciatica

pain is a biggy! Keeps ya up all night. Good luck with yours also.
