Guest guest
I know some of the members here have had spinal fusions and discetomies. Some of you suggested epidurals for 3 days afterward or are you speaking about the ones that literally paralyze you, or are you speaking about the ones that are supposed to stop pain for weeks on end? I am a little confused here. Sorry. I've had 2 lamenectomies which have failed. And now I have ddd, and osteoporosis in my spinal column. I had steroid and lidocaine and they only worked for a week then wore off. I am in severe pain right now, and a little bit scared of the surgery simply because it's a new procedure for me, and my family will be well over an hour away so I won't have them with me all the time while I'm recovering in the hospital.
