Depression is a side affect of chronic pain. WE all cope in different ways. Some

read and let the books carry them away. Some do on-line classes. Some live on

the computer. Some do puzzles. Some like me do crafts. Some watch movies.

Those who can also volunteer. Some even become authors. Others see a counselor.

There are antidepressants that help but they can also make you more suicidal.

I love doing crafts, I do many different kinds so that I won't get carpel tunnel

syndrome by being to repetitive with my hands fingers and wrists.

I knit, crochet, paint, make jewelry, make candles, make soap, sew with a

machine, to make quilts, x-mas stockings and needlework such as embroidery and

weave.

Just remember you are not alone. There are many people out there that are

dealing with depression.

Being in constant pain not only affects you but also affects your family, your

spouse, and your children. No one wants to see their loved ones hurting.

Talking also seems to help. Talk to a counselor, your priest or priestess, or

your religious preacher.

Blessed be,

Ms.Katurah
