Guest guest
Dear Roslyn, Thank you for your kind words. It's hard for others to understand the effort and emotional toll it takes to raise a child who is " different " . I appreciate your encouragement! On the Lunesta - I think it is wonderful. I cannot sleep due to the pain in my back and legs. If I did not use it I would be up all night. It helps so much. It takes about an hour to take effect. I can get 6-7 solid hours of unconsciousness. I can totally wake up in the middle of the night when my kids are sick, and I feel fine all day. I hate hangovers from sleep medications like Benadryl, so this or Ambien CR have saved my life. I know we need deep sleep to try to heal so I think its crucial to get sleep however you can. I would ask for a sample and try it one night to see how it affects you. I couldn't live without it right now. You are smarter than I was to avoid surgery. At the time, I was in so much pain I would have amputated my legs - so I felt as though I had to try. I have been left with long-term problems that cannot be easily repaired. it was a risk but I truly felt that I couldn't live the way I was. I took any hope I was offered. In retrospect there is a lot I would have done differently. Let me know if you try some sleep aids. The new ones work well for me. Anne > > > I have a question. You mentioned the medication Lunesta.
