Guest guest
Hi Lynn in FL, I'm sorry you live in such chronic pain and for what caused it. I also have RSD. I have it head to toe. Mine was originally caused from an inter-tubing accident when I was 16. My family and I went inter-tubing one winter and I ended up going so fast on ice at the end of the day, I ended up flying off the inter-tube landing in such a way I almost severed my spinal cord in my neck. I had pain from the neck down, which over the years progressively grew worse but was still livable. At 23 years old, I injured my left knee at work which triggered the RSD to then go full blown. I am now 32 years old. I spent years trying to let doctors know it wasn't all in my head and that something was wrong. I also have Occipital Neuropathy, Chondromalacia patellae with Bilateral Patella femoral Syndrome in both knees, PTSD, as well as Panic and Anxiety disorders. Although I have lived all over the world, I now currently live in southern New Mexico with my two kitties, one dog, and a room mate. :-) Anyway, welcome to the group! I'm sorry for what brought you here but am very glad to meet you! :-) Love, Becky in NM
