I am on topamax now.  I had another out of control migraine yesterday and had to

get more help.  This time I was able to take care of it at the clinic.  Believe

me I don't hit the ER unless it's off clinic hours or I need IV meds - thats

what's set up for me. I can handle the day to day stuff. I have 2 huge narcotics

at home but I have to get IV steriods to break the 9 & 10's.
