Guest guest
Becky, I could never find my car prior to pain and all the meds. LOL I try to think of " finding " what I lost as a treasure hunt! Kinda like Christmas and you open up the presents and remember how surprised you were? That's how I look at it.....the ultimate Easter Egg Hunt! What I do and always have done is, (thanks to Mom) there is a place for everything and everything is in it's place. It works for me, although the kids, even though they are late teens, early twenty's, forget that rule......well then it's a whole other ball game! I have also dropped meds when they get to be too much of a hassle, like Neurontin, after 3 years it was bye, bye, baby as it not only stole my memory, but really messed with my vision. I might go back on it after a break because the nerve pain drives me right up the wall, and I have better places to be. Becky, I might contact you off the group site later on for your MD as we are going to be moving back to Illinois, and although I had a pain MD in Bloomington, whether he will take me back or not is another thing. We parted on good terms and I followed all the rules, but by the time we get back to Illinois, not for another year yet, he may not be working or any number of unknown factors may appear, as we never know. I really hate Michigan, and there 3 different Medicaids, as the one my pharmacy takes for my patches, well the " best " Medicaid program won't pay for 90% of my meds so I have to shell out of pocket, Big ouch! Any, y'all enjoy the daily treasure hunt, just remember everything has a place, you just got to remember the place! Peggy
