If you say you had a severe reaction that usually gets their attention enough to know they shouldn't do it twice. Also, make them chart any bad reactions that you tell them about. Allergies involve shortness of breathing, hives, swelling and full blown anaphylactic shock. Everything else is a bad reaction.
