Stevie,

You all are great. I didn't know there was a specific physical that was

required. I

will definitely take that with me but I have time to wait. I didn't mention

that I was

pregnant (due in Jan.) so that gives me plenty of time to schedule an appt.

BTW, I lived in Durham for 10 years and I sure do miss it. It seemed like many

of the

doctors there were much more progressive in their medical practices. I guess a

lot of

that was because of Duke but I'm in Winston-Salem and we have Wake Forest

Medical School

here but they seem to be much more conservative.
