honey, that boyfriend of yours is abusive and selfish. Please write him

off and do whatever necessary to see that he never sets foot near you again.

You know you must.

I wish you had someone to run interference for you. To be sure people leave you

alone. It sounds like you need home nursing care when you are very ill. I do

hope you will seek the type of care that will be of help.

I understand. I've had to isolate myself from most human contact because I have

to control the amount of stimulation around me. Stress also triggers my

illness.

I pray that you will put yourself first and seek the help of a person or

organization that will be there when you need them most.

Hi everyone,

I think the last time I wrote to you was around 4am after sitting awake all

night in agony.

As always this is the only place to turn to when feeling completely isolated and

misunderstood.
