Kaylene Becky, Be sure to document your functional assessment and get optional letters of changes from others and your job description and why you can't do them. We are here for you and when you finally get assistance, it will be some off your mind. Contact me privately, I have some military options for you. I kept everything in a three ring binder and a communication sheet with columns, person contacted, phone and location, reason contacted, status, follow up date If you do not have a day timer, get one to write down who you talked to, the date, status etc. I highlighted and brought forward who I needed to keep up with. It really helps especially with our memory. Some people use their smart phones but I can't type that fast and I save voice mails and I also e-mail a follow up to review conversations so I will have things in writing and thanking the people for speaking to me.
