Hi Katy,

Now, I'm not a doctor but it sounds like to me that you have a herniated disc

with a nerve root impingement. Ask your doctor if this could be possible.

Now, remember, I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, er, the computer,lol.

You may have to lay flat on your back with pillows under your legs to keep

pressure off the lower back. Try that, maybe it'll give you more time to sleep

in one place.
