That's why the dosage needs to be lowered in very small increments -

over a period of two or three weeks. It slowly removes the medication

from your system. It eliminates the discomfort. No hell required.

Just stopping a medication can be very dangerous to a person's health.

For safety's sake, strong medication needs to be tapered off slowly.

Ideally, it should be done under the supervision of the prescribing

physician. If that isn't possible, and a person is doing it on one's

own, then caution and very slow removal of the medication from the body

need to be the number one priorities.
