Guest guest
Regarding the subject tagging I agree with you but completely changing it when so many people are participating in it makes it extremely difficult to follow especially when the person who responds to yours changes the subject back to the original. Which happens here. I never said you should take an ice bath. You believed it was intended for you because I left it vague and possibly because it would have fit after your response to . As it happens I was referring to myself for the aggressive way I answered your subject change message. At any rate even if I were referring to you It would have been no more or less uncalled for and out of line than you telling to chill out. Sorry but I don't necessarily see aggression as a bad thing. While we're on the subject, as I believe you intended the aggression comment, I feel it's only fair to remind you we've both shown our share of it. ly we could go on for days rehashing each of our aggressive posts to each other and the list. I choose to stop here in deference to each of our feelings. Reply to re post subject headings - I would LOVE it if people would modify the suject headings of their posts to reflect the change in subject matter. But I often find posts have gone completely off the subject matter without the heading having changed at all. Your highly aggressive comment about an ice bath for me being required is uncalled for and way out of line. Kim
Guest guest
My $0.02: I dont agree with this - I think subject headings should be kept up to date, not least because a thread can split several different ways. The way to ensure continuity imo is to use the WAS technique (indicating the past subject) and/or stating to who you are replying - I use both techniques.
