I had tapered to try to get the BP down to my normal without success. I did use

prednisone for awhile after to keep things under control. I am now off of it

too. I am also on enbrel and have been for several years but had started the

arava as it was not doing as good a job as hoped. We had hoped the combo would

do the job but alas I could not do arava. I usually do much better in the

summer so I hope just the enbrel and naproxen will keep me going. linda

Did you have any side effects or problems getting off of it? Someone wrote once

that it was hell getting off it in another place but I hope that is an isolated

event. I'm going to ask for the washout precedure to get it out quicker.
