Gee whiz I've missed alot!

Hi everyone,

Off the board for a few days and look at all I've missed.... Peggy and and Vicky and Gene's anniversary's (Happy Anniversary!!!), 's new baby (Congrats, she's gorgeous!!), Jane's on TV (!!!!!), Wally's in and then out of the hospital (You broke the rule Wally, NO GETTING SICK!), Leanne is sick (Girl you broke your own rule!!!) Poor Irene is still struggling. (Your situation as you relate it baffles me completely.Somehow you manage to keep a positive attitude going!! I keep you in my prayers.) Zena had her evaluation done.(I'm glad it's over for you) and Kerry, what a horror some of your testing was. I think of you so often and just want to make it all ok for you. You are a hero to me and such a good example of an indomitable spirit!! I know there's been more going on but I just wanted to hit some of the highlights or low lights in some cases.

My baby sister, her hubby and their brood are still here for another day or so but the visit is winding down. We've had so much fun and I'm exhausted. It ain't easy to keep up with 6 kids ages 6 and under! Yesterday we were at the Museum of Life and Science here in Durham and between Amy's two girls and 's two girls and two boys (not to mention Cletus the Fetus who was just along for the ride) it looked like we were trailing a preschool class around. We had our very own private butterfly release in the butterfly house and that was really cool. Even my big 22 year old enjoyed it. (He's a good sport hangin out with all the little ones)

Anywho, all is well, I'm feeling good so no complaints. Going to get some rest over the weekend. My aunt arrives for a visit on Sunday. That will be a bit more sedate as she's 62. (Though she is known to the kids as " Silly Aunt Kitty " so maybe not so sedate!)
