Guest guest
Bonnie and group; Bonnie I am so so so sorry you're having such a hard time. Someone in our group told us this. " We will have good days and bad days with our illness'es. When having a bad day I try to do all the things that makes me feel better e.g. Take a warm bath with candle lights and bubbles, Get someone to rub bengay on my hurting limbs, Curl up and read. Call my doctor if it gets unbearable. And I remember this is a bad day and I will have better days. " I don't know what makes you feel better Bonnie. Kinda feel your way through what helps and use it on the bad days. Looking forward to better days helps me a lot. So I took to heart what this person wrote. Who ever said this I am sorry if I didnt get it right. I can't remember word for word. But you (who ever you are) help me to cope with my pain. Bonnie when I get to thinking it's not fair. I think I am so glad that my mommy don't have it. Or that my dad don't have it ( he has passed in 99) And I seem to deal with it better. I hope this help you some. I try to use a little of everyone's advice to feel better on my worse days. Even call the doctor when it gets to bad I didnt think of calling the doc till someone suggested it. My depression medicine was the third one my mental health doctor tried for me. The first 2 didnt help. So if you look into help for you're saddness give your doctor a chance to try other meds for it. God bless and take care. gentle hugs Clora **************************************************************** > Clora, > Thank you so much for your heart felt reply...
