Guest guest
Hi Clora, I have lidoderm patches that I love. They work really well. But when my back hurts, I need more than that. I got referred to the spine center at Newton-Wellesley Hospital for a " consultation " for a spine shot I guess, which I'm not overly fond of. I was told that if I can tolerate a knuckle shot, I can tolerate a spine shot. I've been reading Barbaras posts about how helpful the shots have been for her, and keep that with me, so that helps me. Maybe your doctor can give you something for your lower back. I use pain patches for my lower back and they work pretty good.
