Guest guest
Clora, you could just stay in the tub for a few days, LOL. When I quit, I had the flu and stayed in bed for the weekend, just getting up to eat some chicken soup or go to the bathroom. After you stay in the tub for a few days, then you could stay in bed for a few days. By that time, you'd have the habit kicked, LOL. Guest guest
I know I have said this before but please try cloves and cinnamon sticks. A cinamon stick feels like a cigarette and a clove has numbing properties. It is very, very difficult to quit. Sugar makes it harder for me....
