I do hope the cymbalta  helps you.

May I suggest hot wax?. For many years using hot wax daily helped me retain the

use of my hands. You can puirchase the hot wax machine and wax for about 30

dollars in bed bath and beyond or large pharmacies.  You can try a trreatment at

most manicure shops to see if it is good for you.

Thank you for all of the advice - I saw my regular Dr. yesterday and she is

putting me on Cymbalta - it will help with the depression and maybe take the

pain down a notch. As for playing viola - I just got to " move it or lose it "

no matter what. Thanks again.
