Guest guest
I just spoke with a wonderfully pleasant lady at the American Cancer Society, asking about the exact date for the Smoke Out this year. She said it is always the 3rd Thursday in November and happens to fall on November 20th this year. So, if I remember correctly, Clora - this can be your birthday present to yourself this year!! She also asked that I pass on their phone number - 1-800-ACS-2345 (Option 3) in case any of you have any questions or need for services. Here is their website with more information as well: http://www.cancer.org/docroot/subsite/greatamericans/Smokeout.asp I have been smoke free for Two Years, Six Months, Twenty One Days, 7 Hours and 6 Minutes. If I can do it, so can you!!
