Doctor has run out of option

I am stuck. My doctor admitted to me that he is out of options and doesn't know

what else to do with me. He is one of the best doctors in the area. I have tried

MTX, Enbrel, Humira, and now I am on Remicade. Prednisone was kind of a band-aid

for me. It was the only thing working, but started to have negative effects on

my body, and then slowly stopped working. I have my 3rd dose of Remicade on

11/15, and I hope it starts working. I am forced to go on Short Term Disability,

because I don't know what else to do. I need to take pain killers to help with

the massive amounts of pain I am in, but I cannot drive or work on them. If I

get caught taking them at work, I will lose my job. I also have 2 small children

at home, 2 and 4, that I can barely care for. I am miserable, and feel like I

have no future.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions maybe I could present to my

Dr.?
