Well I just now broke my cleansing fast. Last night after I took my last pills for the day at 8:00, I threw up. I felt terrible. I can handle the aches and stuff, but NOT throwing up! body. As far as being any smaller, can't say that I am :-( However, I'm sure I'm more healthy! You did good making it as far as you did. I am glad that you are continuing with the detox products on a daily basis. Throwing up happens when you get toxic from parasites dying. If you feel up to it, try doing a parasite cleanse only to get rid of what was bothering you. Keep taking the bentonite, psyllium. Then add a parasite killer. For the Intestinal parasites, Black Walnut Hulls works really good. So does worm wood. Be sure to continue with the enemas/colonics and psyllium/bentonite also. This should get rid of the parasites that are causing you to feel yucky. Let me know if you need more information.

Don't you worry about me sis. You just rest and take care of yourself. I'm so glad that your Dad isn't suffering and that all you children can be there for your him AND your Mom. This message is a treasure, coming from you. I have the deepest love and respect for you and your opinion is very special to me. If there is one thing you can take to the bank, it is that you are always in my heart and in my daily prayers. I was helping pack some orders tonight and as I was saying my prayers that all those receiving their orders would find success in what they were striving for, I thought of you. I am off to bed in a few minutes, but I wanted to answer this for you.

It is very common for us to get parasites from the food we eat. I use the wormwood and black walnut often, as well as a regular colon cleanse. I don't eat much meat, but it can come from many things we eat, so I like to be careful. I first learned of this from a book called "A cure for all cancers" I do not follow the whole program that is described there, but I do find that taking the black walnut and wormwood combination makes me feel so much better. I can actually tell when I take it that my body feels healthier and more alive. I don't carry the full blown cleanse on my web sites, however Karma carries many of these products on her web sites so I would suggest you go to her sites and check it out. I know she gives a great discount on her products too, so that makes it even better. You can write to her at karma@... to ask her more. I do carry the colon clenze on my web sites, but that is more of a daily mild cleanse. It is one I have used for years.

You always make me feel so special :-) You really don't know how much I appreciate your prayers. And I was reading the comment about us not having to worry about you leaving in response to the statement that you could have made and sold the tapes and then went on, instead of being here for all of us. Well, you know I've always told you sis, that you go way beyond the regular business person. I've always admired how you jump right in here and join our discussions and give share your valuable knowledge and products. How you joined us and treat us like friends and not customers. That means a lot to me. Puts you in a special class most business people will never see! I can say for myself and I'm very sure everyone else, we love you very, very much, Rashelle. You have made a difference in ALL of our lives one way or another. Your sweet, loving, gentle nature would have been more than enough, but you go way beyond that. I thank you for your encouragement, and determination to help me find my answers. Believe me, outside of God, it's because of you and others on this list that I feel the strength to keep trying. I almost feel I'd be letting ya all down! God MAY be using me to show you should never give up, and if you just keep trying, things will happen. That's very possible. I hadn't thought of it like that. I DO believe that my day is going to come. I can SEE myself small again with a flat stomach. And that's half the battle! When you start back making the tapes, I STILL want to be the first one to get the weight loss affirmation tape! I was serious about putting on earphones and listening to it when I go to bed. I need to be sure it will play over and over all night. You know what they say about getting things when you're asleep. LOL

Well I guess I'm gone for now. I could go on all day and never be able to express how thankful I am you came in my life and how truly wonderful you are. I know your parents are so proud of you, and your love for them always comes out when you mention them. They are so special and "the apple didn't fall from the tree" as the old saying goes :-) Continue to give them my love and let them know I'll keep them in prayer. I would really love their prayers for me too. Not about any weight loss or fat issues. Just however God leads them to pray as God fearing, God loving, good kind people. T-Para is a liquid tincture that is for killing parasites. Tinctures are very strong. You can get this from http://www.dialdist.com Dr. Malstrom makes his own tinctures and sells them from this web site. I used his black walnut tincture doing my first parasite cleanse.

Rashelle has also worked with him when she was in Utah, as I remember. I think he is wonderful. I first came to know of him through my Chiropractor. He is my Dr's wife's cousin. :-)

Hi a--I'm doing Dr. Hulda 's parasite cleanse. It consists 3 bottles--one of black walnut hull tincture, one of wormwood capsules, and one of clove capsules. You can also use an additional 2 products. One is arginine and one is ornithine. My understanding is that they help to eliminate the ammonia produced by the parasites during die-off. Taking these two supposedly reduces your cleansing reaction.

that it would hurt doing the bowel cleanse first but certainly again after

the parasite cleanse.

Years ago when I went to Hanna Kroeger(Boulder, CO) retreats, lectures, etc.

she preached vehemently to always do parasite cleanse first. Although a

little fuzzy in this as its been so long, she concluded the first line of

attack is to rid yourself of these disease causing creatures then a bowel

cleanse to clean them out. I can still hear her little German voice talking

about the " verms " . She was a spiritually uplifting, energenic person and the

4 day retreat was one of the best healing experiences I've ever felt.

I purchased many of her books but all are put away except one. " God helps

those that help themselves " (1984). I just briefly glanced through it...

still a great health guide today.

speaking from experience on cleansing here are my thoughts:

when i first started cleansing years ago, and had just read people like hulda

clark and hanna kroeger, and richard anderson, i immediately started going

after the parasites. i lasted about two weeks and realized there was no way

in hell i was going to get through this. i was already wiped out and my

immune system compromised. if you are healthy person and just looking to

improve your health then this will probably be ok to go after parasites

first. if you are sick then most likely you will have to strengthen your

liver first. killing parasites is very very tough on the liver. much worse

than killing candida.

killing parasites and cleaning the colon sort of go hand in hand. many

parasites are buried in the layers of gunk inside the colon. if you kill off

too many parasites that are buried inside you without expelling them-- you

will feel horrible at the very least. and most probably become sicker.

cleansing is all about how strong in totality your immune system is able to

handle the waste that comes out of you.

i think there is a misconception that colon cleansing will be a few

weeks, and then parasite cleansing will be another few more weeks and then

its off to the races on sunday afternoon. for some people it may take years

and years. and at that point you arent thinking about about sequence, you are

thinking lifestyle, diet, and how to incorporate these things into your daily

routine. and how to approach this in a slow and steady and manageable manner.

with the right diet, your colon will clean itself out naturally. and the same

holds true for parasites-- they will die off if you feed the body the right

things.

as far as the liver cleanse goes-- i have never done one. i have always

felt that i was too weak for this in the past. but i will try one soon and

report the results. i have lots of parasites still in me and my colon is not

cleaned out fully yet. so this will be a good test to determine sequence.

Reading your post reminded me of how I react to stuff. I don't know if any of

this will help or whether you have already tried it, but it worked for me, so I

thought I'd share. I start off on parasite cleanses VERY slowly and gradually

build up to the suggested dose of whatever I am using to kill them and just try

to stick with it. I now just use homeopathy which so far had worked great. For

my liver I started doing coffee enemas with 2 teaspoon or less of organic coffee

grounds. I would do several bags of water first (at the time I had

no $ for colonics), then the coffee and not hold for over 5 minutes. I also

never let my coffee touch metal. and used purified water. I use a mason jar and

an organic cotton filter. I did this religiously as often as possible with out

getting to sick and gradually increased the amount of coffee grounds I used. I

took a lot of vit C, zinc, and drank at least 2 qts. of clean water everyday.

Exercise helped a lot too and I had to start very slowly with this or I'd get

very ill. For me I have found that I have to kill the parasites to do any

real healing, as they made me as sick as the detox from killing them did. One

was " black pain " which was damaging. The other was " purple pain " which was

healing. When I changed my perspective towards my suffering it made it so much

more bearable for me. I'm sure others on this list have some great ideas.......
