I've been here for 10 years, I never should have bought all this stuff!

So good to hear from you, Stan. I was getting worried. At one point, when the

market was good, and I considered moving, but just the thought of going

through this house full of stuff that we've gathered for the past 15 years is

enough to make me stop dead in my tracks!!
