The best form of Vit D is sunlight. If you are able, try sitting outside for

20-30 m inutes a day (without sunscreen) and soak up some rays. I am very fair

complected so I do mine in 10 minute intervals. I also pop open my sunroof while

driving to let the sun shine in! :-)
