Then don't worry about if ins will pay 50% for out of state, no

decision is necessary until you say it is. Send your films to a

resurf doc, talk to their finacial people,they usually prefer that

you let them do the talking with ins.

I sent my films to Dr monts with a coverletter, called their ins

lady, all was fine. I have a max out of pocket expenses, I pay

60%/40% up to $1000 out of pocket, then they pay the rest. You have

some studying to do.
