Guest guest
I just wanted to add my 2 cents here. I quit smoking on Feb. 15 after 39 years of smoking. It was difficult and I still struggle every day. However, I make the choice not to smoke each day and I have re-learned how to do so many things and that has been a tremendous help. My rheumy mentioned how much better I'm doing since quitting and my dentist said he could tell by my gums that I had quit. They were healthier! My dh and I are raising a special needs grandson. He's now 12. I can't believe I used to let him go to school smelling like cigarette smoke. That's just one of many things I think of to help me stay quit.
