I read a bit about you broke your shoulder and ankle in a fall?

If you do not mind, how old are you, and how long have you had RA.

Thanks just scared, I have a hard time walking, my knees are hurting

and ankles. I had knee surgery before I was diagnosed with Ra.

I am trying to lose weight to take pressure off joints
