Guest guest
Barbara and group; Thanks so much Barbara. Keep praying cause I am eating so much today. I guess I will gain 10 pounds before it's over. It feels great to have all this support. Home too the family is real happy with me. I don't have the heart to tell them I had one last night. I will just pretend I didn't and not do it again. gentle hugs Clora *********************************************** From: Barbara <bcreedon@...> Subject: [ ] Re: OT GREAT AMERICAN SMOKE OUT...HERE THEY COME... Date: Sunday, November 23, 2008, 8:50 AM Hi , Shirley, and Clora: Hang in there, and we are all praying you will be successful getting off those cigaretts. It is not an easy battle, but, once you win it, you will feel so much better. Always in my thought and prayers. Thinking about all of you during this struggle to be free of nicotine. Hang in there. Guest guest
Barbara, Clora and everyone, Thanks so much for the support. I am still struggling. I have done some pre-Thanksgiving cooking, laundry, ironing and a lot of sticking food in my mouth. I really do enjoy the orange juice, it seems to hit the spot. I am glad to go back to work tomorrow. I am hoping it will be easier there. Guest guest
Actually, it's $884 a year, that is, if my math is right. You could take a very good vacation for that amount of money. Just put that money aside, as it would ordinarily be going up in smoke, LOL. Sue On Monday, November 24, 2008, at 08:55 AM, CLORA wrote: > Sue and group; > > Yes lots of money. Guest guest
I am dedicating the song " In the Arms of the Angel " sung by Sara Mclaughlan to you, , and Shirley. It's one of my favorites, and it does fit. She sang it last night on the music awards show, assisted by Pink. Sue On Monday, November 24, 2008, at 04:40 PM, Clora wrote: > > Awe wow. Guest guest
You girls need to add the meds and doctor visits, cough medicine, etc that you'll not need after quitting. I've been tobacco free since 1988 and haven't had so much as a sniffle since then. No colds or other lung related problems since then. You can't put a value on that. YOU CAN DO IT !!!
