Guest guest
Hi Dina, I have been on the Best Bet Diet for a few years now and it seems to be helping me a lot but I still can't walk. A power-plate (Vibrogym, etc.) is good for helping the legs get power but swimming is the best in my view. The s Mini-Cycle helps the ankles get stronger. Guest guest
Hi Dina, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful.
