Cold weather and fatigue

Hi guys, back after a long bout where anti-depressants weren't working.  Feeling

OK now; knock on wood.

Cold--I use liquid Cayenne Pepper extract in a little water.  It helps increase

circulation and is very warming.  Also Gingko Biloba helps increase circulation

to the extremities.  Ever since the news from Italy, I've been re-focusing my

vitamin regimen to help circulation, help lower cholesterol/plaque, etc.  It IS

a very cold winter (so much for Global Warming!!), but I've been managing well

with the circulation herbs.  I also take a product called Leg Veins, by Nature's

Way, which helps circulation in legs.

Fatigue--research shows Acetyl-l-Carnitine helps with MS fatigue.  This amino

acid helps the body utilize essential fatty acids better for energy.

Hope this helps.

Beverly
