First dairy, then wheat, then legumes/beans/peas. Then I finally got rid of all the hidden soy, seems like it's in everything! I tried to go cold turkey with everything at first. I'd be fine for about a week then I'd totally binge, especially on bread and pasta. Went much easier when I went slower, and you will find that your taste buds adjust and you don't miss what you've been used to eating so much.
