I have noticed with eliminating foods that it usually takes at least a month

before I see any changes. I'd stick with something for 3 months before I came

to any conclusions; longer if possible.

It is worth it.

i quit milk a week ago.....and i feel good about it....but havent noticed

any changes.

but i guess it doesnt happen so quick.

i will have my shiatsu regularly again....hope thats gonna work.

I agree, took about 5 weeks for me. Also, I eliminated items one at a time.

First dairy, then wheat, then legumes/beans/peas. Then I finally got rid of all

the hidden soy, seems like it's in everything! I tried to go cold turkey with

everything at first. I'd be fine for about a week then I'd totally binge,

especially on bread and pasta. Went much easier when I went slower, and you

will find that your taste buds adjust and you don't miss what you've been used

to eating so much. :)
