Guest guest
It is being said that CCSVI is congenital, and from what I am understanding in my reading about it, it has very little to do with any plaque accumulation. It is simply a condition of congenitally malformed veins which causes an overabundance of blood in the brain, which does not flow back out of the brain as fast as it should. Because I have other congenital issues that I have had to deal with all of my life, including having to have open heart surgery as an infant, this theory makes much sense to me despite the fact that the medical world is just starting to gnaw on it. For example, when I was as young as 19, I was already being told that the blood pressure in my brain was much higher than the rest of my body. Ever since that age, I have known that when I feel like I might faint, I should not put my head down between my legs because I do not need more blood going to my head. There have also been times later in life that using Salon Pas on the back of my neck and over the sides of my neck have helped to restore me to feeling a little better, usually after I have complained of lacking qi or chi - basically feeling close to death. I have never really been able to fully explain why that helps, but I believe that what is coming out about the CCSVI gives good reasoning toward it. I try to be thankful that I have done so many things that are supposed to help cardio-vascular health, such as Omega 3s, cayenne pepper, garlic, B-complex and other things, but I will certainly be more thankful when there is more abundance in the amount of health professionals that are trained and knowledgeable about CCSVI so that I can trust that it is worth it to be examined and possibly treated for CCSVI.
