Guest guest
Cheryl and group; Great Cheryl, I am so happy to hear that. I am on humira. Ok remember this. If you wait and keep thinking about the injection you won't be able to notice it's working. Go about your routine and it will hit you like it did me. I got out of bed the next morning no problem. Usually it took 5 minutes of pain to get out of bed. That next morning no pain. I could'nt believe it. I think I can finally get a hair cut its been a year since the MXT. My hair should be back in now. I look like Sadie the wild lady lol. gentle hugs Clora ************************************************************* > > Thanks everyone. I hope you'll start to feel better very soon! I'm proud of you ! I can only imagine how hard quitting smoking must be. I've read your struggle, knew you could do it. You go girl! Heidi in Mass. Guest guest
Heidi Mass. and group; Yep it's another day. I am coughing from a bad cold. Thanks Hiedi, I am really trying. I have no other choice in the matter. I can't take anther breath if I smoke. I appreciate everyone' support during this very hard time of quitting. In a few months we will all look back on this and laugh. I brought on all on myself. Well the group is diverse we can say. There is a lot to being healthy. No one way about it. Eating right, breathing right. We was never meant to be inhaling smoke. After this Cheryl and I are going to start a new eating habit regement. One thing at a time.. Its a little better than the first 3 long miserable days. The worst part is over, now I just have to do my part and not go back. You guys are so kind I love you all. gentle hugs Clora *********************************************************** > Clora, > > Congrats! Keep up the good work. Guest guest
Clora, I am SO happy to hear you are still smoke free. Did you ever call your doctor about the cough? Please be careful - especially with your CHF. Keep up the good work!..........Doreen > > Cheryl and group; > > So scarves are fashionable. Hats are nice too lol. I still > havent had a cigarette.
