Guest guest
Hi there and welcome, I do/have done a lot of different natural things for my MS but the #1 thing that helped for fatigue was the Best Bet Diet. I had no idea that the fatigue was one of the MS symptoms and didn't learn that until after my first (and only, so far!) attack. I realized then that I had been having that problem for many months prior to that and I had thought I was just burning out (single mom working 7 days a week stuff). Anyways, it's different for everyone, but it took about 5 weeks on the diet for me to get better. It wasn't gradual at all. I just woke up one morning on top of the world and feeling better than I had in a long, long time. I told myself then that even if I didn't get rid of my other symptoms (I did!), that this diet was worth the effort just for getting my energy back. Guest guest
Hi and welcome. Like Crystal, the Best Bet Diet has helped me no end. I didn't expect it to address my fatigue but it did. Prior to that I had made inroads into the fatigue with pycnogenol, ginseng, gingko biloba, and spirulina, all of which I still take. For me, I feel it is the absence of gluten that has helped. I also had all my amalgams changed. You've got rid of a wisdom tooth, keep going with removing any mercury you still have. Janet To: mscured From: nautalisv@... I've enjoyed reading the posts and I was wondering how many of you are on meds for fatigue versus natural aids. I've not been diagnosed but have several ms symptoms and my fatigue has been very bad. I had my wisdom teeth pulled 2wks. ago now and my bottom nerves are trying to heal due to the closeness of the roots. I dont't know if this extra toll is making me so tired. I appreciate any input. _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live: Make it easier for your friends to see what you’re up to on Facebook. http://www.microsoft.com/middleeast/windows/windowslive/see-it-in-action/social-\ network-basics.aspx?ocid=PID23461::T:WLMTAGL:ON:WL:en-xm:SI_SB_2:092009

Guest guest
I have SPMS.. I manage fatigue and have stopped progression, and reversed symptoms *without* drugs. I use a combination of diet, exercise and supplements. It CAN be done without meds. Guest guest
Try some alternative supplements (co-enzyme Q10, pycnogenol, ginseng, gingko biloba, spirulina) and exercise. Surprisingly exercise does help too and you often feel more energised afterwards. Janet To: mscured From: plg8388@...
