My husband has Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS) for 3 years have

been on LDN. He has done very well, but he has a problem with the cold weather.

He get so bad that he can not hardly walk. Does anyone have any thoughts on what

he can do to help him with the cold weather?

May I suggest your husband try a heating pad set on " high " applied to his

abdomen for an hour a day to increase core temperature and, of course, dress

warmly and stay indoors as much as possible.

Thanks for the information about the heating pad. I have a few questions on

this, have you use a heating pad before and did it help you alot. And why do you

put it on the abdomen and not the back?
