Guest guest
Just thinking out loud, here, but I take Magnesium Malate, 2 before bed, which stops my tooth grinding while I sleep. Also, when my son was small, it looked like he was going to develop Tourette's Syndrome (my brother has it), and I gave him lots of magnesium, which seemed to still the involuntary movements. Today, he is 17, and no Tourette's. I just know that Magnesium has to do with the relaxation of muscles, so maybe it would help on a daily basis. I like the Magnesium Malate form (which they also use for fibromyalgia, pain in the muscles). Hope this helps, Beverly
