Hi Doreen:

You mentioned talking to my doctor about my previous experiences with the

Elavil and Prednisone, that is what I am dealing with now...I DID tell him,

more than once. But he just keeps on saying " let's just try it again " . I

am a person that will definitely try anything to see if it helps, but once I

have a bad reaction, I don't want to try the med again. I have decided to

way until I get back from my trip and start the Neurontin. It if works,

great, if not, then I will stop it. I will also give it a chance to grow

out of making me sleepy, as I know some meds do this at first. But if it

continues to make me that way, then I will have to stop. I have too many

other obligations to stay drugged and sleepy all day long. So we will see.

Thanks for the input, I just wanted to let you know that I have talked to my

rheumy about all of this...but sometimes I think they just can't hear

clearly!!

Hugs
