Guest guest
Hi Marcus, I hope all is going well with you. IS your surgery next week? The pro complex is a powder and I got mine through GNC. It costs around 40 dollars and will last you about 2 weeks. As for walking you start walking short walks the day you have your surgery usually. That will help prevent blood clots and start the healing process. Good luck Ramona

Guest guest
Marcus, Just check to see how much protein per serving that is the inportant part. When I saw the dietician she said that it should have 50 grams per serivng. Good luck on the 5th. Ramona

Guest guest
Hi all, I am getting a little concerned I have stopped losing weight and one pound actually found me again. I have been keeping track of my food intake and I cannot see how my weight went up. It could be just water retention but yet I don't know why I have stopped losing weight. I am going to the gym 5 days a week I started last week. does anyone have any ideas? Other than that everything else is going well. My doctor says that my diabetes is under control. I haven't taken any meds for it since surgery and my high blood pressure is gone. I am so happy about that. Ramona
Guest guest
Thanks , I guess when I hear that a couple of the people I know have lost up to 60 pounds and I am stuck at 28 it gets a little worrisome. Ramona

Guest guest
The more weight you lose before surgery the healthier it is for you. The explanation I got was that the less around the incision or area of surgery the less difficult the surgery and better healing. I was for all of that, plus I was on a liquid diet 2 days before surgery and I feel that helped me feel good the days after. I wasn't sick at all and that meant a lot for me. Good Luck,
Guest guest
The big thing that i look forward in doing is to be able to go outside and run, play softball, hopscotch and all the other outdoor games with my children.
Guest guest
In regard to your legs looking like you have lost nothing. The reason is that you are more than likely building up muscle. With the health rider you have to use a lot of leg muscle to get it to move and that could be why. Legs do take time to get less heavy but it does happen. I know from when I measured in the beginning until now I have lost inches. Maybe stay from using the health rider so much and walk a little more.
