Guest guest
Hi Raj. I wish there was a quick fix for optic neuritis but it is a very complicated symptom involving the autonomic nervous system. It is connected to many other issues. One thing that seems to help is vitamin A. I use cod liver oil (Green Pastures and Olde World Icelandic CLO by Garden of Life). I alternate because one costs twice as much as the other but both are good. Don't use synthetics or poorly processed CLO. Utis are much easier to control. I haven't had them and have only read about some home remedies that others have had success with. Baking soda, coconut oil, cranberry juice and a long list of other things have helped. I'm sure someone who has experienced this will be along to help. As with any symptom it's best to find the cause and treat that as well. I hope you feel better. > > Can you please help me? > > I have 2 very bad issues at this time > > 1. Uti > 2. I had optic neuritis in my left eye in OCT 2003 and never healed completely and now I think I have it again in my right eye. > > If I see a doctor they will prescribe heavy meds which I don't want to take > > Can you please suggest what I should do? > > Best Regards, > > Raj
