Hi Aviva,

When I add vinegar to olive oil for a salad dressing, I get shooting pains down

the back of my right leg. That includes expensive organic apple cider vinegar.

Any type is going to be 95% acetic acid and, in my opinion, that particular acid

should be avoided by everyone.

Sincerely,

Dudley Delany

Thanks for the information. I will increase seaweed and look into the other

things you recommend. It's helpful to know that others are experiencing this.

My parents have Sweet Tomatoes near them in Florida. It is fairly convenient.

Would be nice if it were near me.

Thanks also for the info on vinegar. I suppose I eat a lot of it. I will keep

my eye on my body's response to it.

So then tell me Dudley how would you make your basic salad dressing if you don't

use Vinegar oil?
