Guest guest
Jane, Happy belated BIRTHDAY, I am so glad you have family that appreciate having you. Yes, there are days we wish we didn't have but we learn to live with what we got. Hope you keep enjoying your family everyday & try to be pain free as much as you can. Mousie in Calif > > We have so many hard times, it's always such a blessing when we have good days. Thursday was my birthday, and i got so many birthday greetings on facebook that it blessed my heart. then i got home and my youngest daughter had taken the day off unknown to me. There were red roses and a present on the table along with the sweetest letter from her, and one from my oldest girl. then i went in the kitchen to find she was cooking dinner. i opened the fridge for my sweet tea fix to find she had cleaned the fridge out too! it finally sunk in that she had cleaned the whole house top to bottom and done all the laundry too. then my son came in from work, got my keys, and fixed the heater switch in my car for me. i was just overwhelmed. i got the next day off for my birthday and she has fridays off. her engagement portraits were to be done the next day so she got a manicure and i got my hair done. then we were off to Dallas to pick up some tables for her apartment, on to Freebirds for lunch, then shopping at World Market, Central Market, Half Price Books, and Target. We'd shop a while and sit a while. We were both exhausted and called it a day after that. I was in bed by 8 and slept til 9 the next day. I also took a three hour nap that after noon! I'm still hurting today but my gosh it was so worth it to spend the day with my baby girl. btw their engagement pics were beautiful.
