Guest guest
Dennis Texas and group; Forgive me but I don't understand your point. Well I understand the point but I don't understand the list of relatives . Your daughter dated someone who did something. And your nephew is spending 40 years for something he didnt do. I was trying to comment on this but can't understand. Here is my comment anyway. There are many people in prisons who are innocent. There are many people who should be in prison and got a way with crimes. I believe everyone reap what they sow so I guess thats how I deal with it. Sorry about your nephew. I love my family, I have a brother in prison that is innocent and I have a brother that is not in prison that is quilty so I understand a lot. It's a crazy world. I am glad I was born in a civilized nation. I think there are a lot of civilized nations like Uk, Canada, Australia and so on thats what I mean about civilized nations. gentle hugs Clora ********************************************************** > I know something about this sort of thing. Guest guest
I am so sorry to hear about your son. All I can say is APPEAL, APPEAL, APPEAL!! My heart goes out to you. My husband was molested when he was a child and wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. The man who molested him was his mother's new boyfriend. He was alrady a ward of the court because his mom is a huge drug addict. She beleived her boyfriend and left my husband when he was 6 at a motel. What sucks when they tried this man, he pleaded " not guilty " by reason of insanity and spent 5 months in a mental hospital. Because he wasn't " convicted " , he says he doesn't have to register as a " sex offender " . Fast forward 20 some odd years and his mom still says he made it up and married the chomo. My husband has younger siblings who have small children. Now, my sister-in-law's 4 y/o son is a now a victim. Sorry...I didn't mean to go off on a my own tangent of who the judicial system fails sometimes. We do live in a country where it has turned from " innocent til proven gulity " to " gulity until proven innocent " . I wish I could give you more info to help you son other then appeal and maybe hire a private lawyer. Sorry > > > Dennis Texas and group; > > > > Forgive me but I don't understand your point. Guest guest
Hi Dennis - I am so sorry to hear that your grandson was framed in that way. Were the children counseled and interviewed by child abuse counselors? It seems so unfair that the " Wife " should be able to get away with such a ridiculous lie. I know what you mean about how the laws have changed, though. When I was 17 and pregnant with my first daughter, my ex used to beat me and then say there was nothing I could do about it because the police wouldn't get involved in family disputes. He was right. That was 30+ years ago. Today, I could shoot the SOB in self-defense and get away with it OR call for help and get the help I needed. There still needs to be some major " tweeking " to the laws, though so that innocent people aren't convicted of revengeful charges. Guest guest
Dennis and group; Ok I understand now ty. Oh do I understand. My daughter met this guy who had a daughter wasn't never married to the mother but he paid his child support. When married him she became the little girls step mom. My daughter just turned 18, the little girl was 2 1/2 years old. We will call the child . The mother Sandy. Sandy hated my daughter. My daughter is a fun loving type person. I am trying to make this story short. I use to bathe with my daughters till they was about 3, and taught them how to float in a bath tub of water as I taught them how to bathe. I came from a very large family of 10. Many of us slept in the same bed growing up till daddy bought a big house on a GI loan. We were very poor. But daddy worked 7 days a week and mommy would put Me and my 2 sisters in the tub to bathe us. Than she would put the 3 baby boys in the tub to bathe them (after me and my 2 sisters was out of tub and in our jammies). Growing up there was no sexual abuse, we never heard of that with familys as you do today. My daddy was an honarble man and never touched his girls sexually, He loved us dearly, sometimes he would to spank from time to time ( we were very well behaved). My daughter was accused of molesting the now 3 year old girl. My daughter () went to court for months to prove her innocense. Somehow the little girl said yes to a lot of things. Not to any unnatural touching though. Everything and anything was brought up about my family and me in court. The judge put and the little girl in his office alone before he made his final verdict, which was a 2 way mirrow so he could watch the reaction of the 2. When the judge made his final verdict he first said this. " If familys would do like Mss 's family did, there would be more morales today than what there is. I am so impressed with Ms 's up bringing, I am impressed with the love in this family and the ability of each person able to touch or hug each other. Now you can't even hug you're child unless someone is accussed of molestation. But what made my final verdict was watching these two in my office. Little cindy crawled up into Mss 's lap on her own free will with out any cohersing on Ms 's part. If this child was molested she would have not showed Ms the love she showed her in my office. My vedict is NOT GUILTY. He hit the gavel on his desk. " haaaaaaaaa. I started crying with joy. So, I imagine there are a lot of innocent people in prison, and there is a lot of Guilty people running around. I know my was innocent and she could of been found Guilty just as easy especially since we was a huggy touchy family. (no sexual touch involved). THat women messed up a wonderful friendship between my daughter and her daughter due to her visousness. So sad. My daughter after that was afraid to get close to little anymore. Yes Dennis I understand. It can go either way. So we just try to go on. I know in your case it is a life ruined from viscious people. I am so sorry. My bible for those that belives says, Thou shalt not bare false witness against thy neighbor. Oh we know exactly what that means now. I believe everyone will reap what they soe. Forgive my spelling I am sure you know what I mean. gentle kind hugs Clora ************************************************************** > > OK, let me try to clear this up. > > There was a couple in KC, MO area and they had 2 young children.
