Guest guest
Hello, and thanks very much for the reply. I thought so anyway. The experience of my life and BBD as well leads me to the belief that what we eat is maybe the most important way how to affect our health. I am severely allergic to much food... And now with the BBD there's not really much food left for me to eat but I try to be creative and find some more solutions. With the asthma medicine I suppose it contains so little lactose, that it is less than even lactose-free food can contain. I don't perceive any particular reaction to the pills, but it is quite difficult to differentiate what is reaction to what anyway :-) So my food consist of mainly fruit, vegetables, rice, pasta, potatoes, millet, also I eat only glucosic sugar, amaranth food, corn, some little meat ( as I am allergic to fish, i suppose only chicken and turkey-hen is advisable),... I try to avoid everything canned, fried, and preserved. As for the supplements, I take Chlorella tablets, which I consider magical, Vit D, Calcium, Magnesium, Omega 3 and Vit C. Am I missing something important? Thanks for your feedback, Sincerely, feeling cured > > > I-ve been trying to answer you for hours but have turned off my English keyboard and therefore misplaced things like apostrophes, so bear with me! > Goat, camel, cow, etc. they are all lactose and should all be avoided. > > http://www.msrc.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=show & pageid=146 & CFID=256893 & CFTOKEN=9\ 4920387 > > If there is another medication for asthma without lactose, that would be good but keeping asthma at bay has got to be of paramount importance to you. I found I was reacting to medications with lactose (and corn and others too) and couldn-t find alternatives so gave up mainstream supplements but then I didn-t have anything like asthma. > > Janet > > > > Sun, 17 Jan 2010 17:20:41 +0000 > Subject: goat products with gluten > > > > > > Hi group, > > I just got a question about BBD, is it possible to eat goat products or does they contain lactose that is not allowed? > And how about if pills I take for asthma contain lactose? > > I've been on BBD for half a year and I am trying to discover more suitable food as I feel I am eating the same all the time... > > Thanks > > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Windows Live: Make it easier for your friends to see what you're up to on Facebook. > http://www.microsoft.com/middleeast/windows/windowslive/see-it-in-action/social-\ network-basics.aspx?ocid=PID23461::T:WLMTAGL:ON:WL:en-xm:SI_SB_2:092009 > >
