Guest guest
Hi Tawney: I was so sorry to read that you are in so much pain. I know just what you are going through. I had that in the past, and it was Sciatica nerve pain, that ran over my left butt, down the inside of my left leg to the feet. Also had pins, needles, and loss of feeling. Also got terrible butt and leg cramps on the back of my left thigh. I went through hell with this. Mine was caused by a bad car accident, etc.. You need to find the right pain meds. to help you through all this. I could barely walk or sit with the pain so terrible. I was most comfortable off my feet, and lying still on the bed. I hope you see your dr. soon, so he can get a plan of action for you. It is no fun to suffer like that. I know how hard you have had things this past year. I pray you will start to feel better soon. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I so want you to feel better. God Bless you Tawney, and talk soon. Hugs, Barbara
Guest guest
Hi Barbara, I'm so glad to see you posting. I pray you will have a speedy recovery. I have thought of Sciatica pain, and I've heard its very painful. Same here, I can't sit for long, and it hurts for my leg to be up or down. I feel something kind of hard on my leg, and that kind of has me worried. I had a horrible meltdown after getting off the PC last night. I took way too much meds last night, but had no choice. I finally went to sleep early in the morning. I will call both doctors tomorrow. Take care my friend, Tawny > > > Hi Tawney: I was so sorry to read that you are in so much pain. Guest guest
A really great tool to help sciatic pain is a tennis ball or several tennis balls in a tube sock. Stick them on the place on your hip, roll over them and use it as a massage tool. I'm a massage therapist and I do this for myself almost nightly. Guest guest
I've been using those marble eggs you find at Cracker Barrel or Pier 1 around Easter time for years! Tennis balls have more 'give' so they work better when you have a flare. I keep the marble eggs in the fridge and use them for TMJ or migraines or on my hip if I'm sitting at the computer. My seven year old thought I was trying to 'hatch' the eggs! [ ] Re: Tawney..re: leg pain, etc. , Thanks for the tip, I will sure give it a try. I appreciate your support so much.
