Hi , it's been a while since I was on this site writing to folks. But a) I

am happy for you that you found something which helps you seemingly quickly out

of the rod and I couldn't help but wonder, have you ever looked into heavy

metal toxicity causing your " MS " ? The supplement you are  taking is a

detoxing, chelating agent and it works for you. So, my immediate response would

be, maybe your " MS " is linked to something toxic that needs to come out! Of

course this is only my humble opinion but I think something to look into....

I have been in an attack for an ms exacerbation since 2/10/10, where my symptoms

were left side of face drooping, muscle weakness in left leg, slurred speech,

balance problems, pain in right side of face and pain in both legs. I went to

the er on the tenth, but doctors refused to treat the MS attack with solumedrol,

because they said I recently received solumedrol in January and that its too

dangerous. So I went home in tears wondering what I was going to do to get out

of this exacerbation so I can keep my job.

So I remembered a dietary supplement which is a chelating agent which a medical

doctor had prescribed to me called DEtoxmaxplus by Bioimmune which is an ORAL

chelator and I had not taken it in a long time. I poured the dose in a cup,

mixed it with fruit juice and within ten minutes my balance was back and my leg

muscle is no longer weak, I am now able to walk and talk normally again without

slurred speech. An hour has passed and the pain in my face is now almost

completely gone. My husband was shocked at my speedy recovery and also told me

that my face muscles now look pretty much normal in regards to the droop. I feel

SO much better and feel relieved.

My husband was amazed at my quick recovery expecially considering I have been in

this attack for several days. I had used it several times in the past to stop ms

exacerbations and it has always worked within hours.

I would like to hear anyone else's story about this supplement, if anyone else

has used it and with what results?

I think toxicity plays a role with every MS case, and I know it played a

definite role in my case. The doctor that prescribed the Detoxmaxplus believed I

had mercury poisioning, but I had other toxicities as well because nickel and

arsenic came up in high levels as well on the lab report. I also had to change

my diet to exclude gluten and dairy which are triggers for an attack in my

instance.

However, the Detoxmax chelating supplement he gave me was not given to

specifically stop an attack, but to detoxify the body and help the ms symptoms.

This medical doctor also told me he treated his brother who had multiple

sclerosis with this supplement and his brother had previously been bedridden and

wheelchair bound. His brother in law is now back at work and is walking and

functioning normally again.

So I feel this supplement may help other MS sufferers and that is why I feel I

need to share this info, otherwise it would bother my conscience to keep this

information to myself.

I experimented with this supplement, I actually tweaked the dosage a little

bit, and took it a bit differently than prescribed while in an attack and

discovered it stops ms exacerbations quicker than the solumedrol IV doses I have

received (7 times) in the hospital since 2002.

I dont recommend taking a different or higher dosage as it may not be safe.

Hi Chenille,

I can give you the phone number for the company Bioimmune Inc. From what I

gather after calling them, they are more comfortable selling their product in

Europe where doctors are more open minded about alternative treatments. They are

going to do more clinical trials in Europe soon from what I understand. 

The company  keeps a low profile here in the USA and to be honest I don't

blame them.  The pharmaceutical industry is a greedy unethical industry in my

opinion and companies that produce natural dietary supplements that help

serious illnesses can catch a lot of heat.  The company only sells their

product to a small amount of MD's so that your health while on the product can

be monitored by a doctor (to prevent liability).

You can call Bioimmune and speak to Colleen Takamodo at and they

can refer you to a doctor who can test you for heavy metal poisoning and then

can prescribe it to you if necessary. If you have  any questions they can

answer them as well, I think you posted one on here about metal, I don't have an

answer for that one, maybe they will.

I would like to reiterate I am not affiliated with this company and I cannot

give medical advice nor am I a doctor or medical professional.  My husband is

concerned with legal issues (he is in the legal field), he thinks someday I may

get a call from an official claiming that I am practicing medicine from the

things I have posted on this site. I am sure big drug companies would be upset

to hear about alternative treatments that help MS and exacerbations. Its a

shame that the government would even step in and attempt to restrict our access

to natural supplements. Actually its sickening to me.

I do not have a western doctor, nor was I raised in their belief system. Â I

have not taken any of the drugs either that are options for MS. Â I as everyone

Thank you for your kind words. It deeply bothers my conscience to know of

something and not share this information to help others.

I have had MS since 1999.....going on 11 years soon.

The disease has caused me so much heartache including: being fired for having MS

and because of that losing my house and car, having episodes of blindness, loss

of balance, temporary paralysis,numbness in face, hands arms and feet, slurred

speech, episodes of loss of hearing and taste, facial droop, extreme nerve pain,

multiple hospitalizations (7 times),bladder problems, walking problems, losing

muscle strength and anxiety in general.The doctors have told me the path I am

going down I will surely be both blind and in a wheelchair, but I wont accept

this, if I did I would be hopeless.

I know so many people suffer from MS, and I feel for each and every one of them.

Yet I know from personal experience that the alternative treatments including

detoxification and dietary changes by and large have helped me more without the

dreadful side effects of the expensive drugs being pushed by the medical

establishment.

I am going to start a regimen of LDN very soon and I hope to get back on track

with my detoxification and diet regimen.

This forum has helped me on the track of learning about LDN, thanks Dudley

Delaney for promoting awareness of LDN. I hope the government can't take that

away from us......

heavy metal toxicity causing your " MS " ? The supplement you are  taking

is a detoxing, chelating agent and it works for you. So, my immediate

response would be, maybe your " MS " is linked to something toxic that needs to

come out! Of course this is only my humble opinion but I think something to look

into....

dentists have poisened me with, but I am using the detox protocol of Andy Cutler

(www.noamalgam.com). It uses prescription free chelating agents and you can find

Detox takes quite a while ( I started 2 years ago), but definitively my whole

I will definitely check out the link. Thanks for the info, I appreciate any info

that may help me....In regards to amalgam, years ago some dental work crumbled

and broke in my mouth and I accidentally swallowed bits of amalgam, of course

this was shortly prior to my first ms event as well and right before my mmr

vaccination....
