Oh a:  So nice to get your e-mail to me.  Yes, it is very hard to see my

marriage go, but you know I could not save it alone.

He tried to play hard ball early this a.m., but finally got it in his head what

I wanted and needed and deserved to get.  This is a 50/50 state, thank God.

I don't know the exact date of our divorce.  At least this part is over, and I

don't have to worry about money again.  I knew I was right in my wants and

needs.  In Flordia, you are allowed 3 hrs. for mediation.  If you don't come to

any agreements, then they set a court date for the both of you, and the Judge

will rule on all issues.  It was quarter to 12 when he finally saw the light.

We started at 9 a.m. sharp.  I am glad it was all ironed out as I hated to pay

more attorney fees and go back to court.  Lawyers are $300.00 an hour here.

I feel so much better, and like a 1,000 lb. weight has been taken off my

shoulders.

So great to hear from you today, and I hope your foot is all healed and you are

doing good.

I think about you a lot.

Wishing you many pain free days ahead.

Much love and hugs,

Barbara

Barbara..... .I am sooooo glad that its almost over. I bet you're quite

relieved yourself.

It's normal to be a wreck but i can picture you standing your ground and

getting your wishes across. And better than you thought...that' s just super

Barbara!

I bet its sad for you. I got divorced after only 6 yrs and it felt

horrible. It was for the best but it was with a heavy heart. I would be happier

in the long run. It was the best move I ever made. I can't even imagine

divorcing after 29 yrs.

When will it be final? Did he even try to give you a hard time? If he

did, tell me..I'll be over to kick his butt.

Hugs...a

Ohio

I was a wreck, but stood my ground and my financial future.  It went so

much better than I thought.

I am so sad to see my 29 year marriage go, but there was nothing else I

could do to save it.

I so thank each and everyone of you here who have been so loving, and

supportive of me during all this stress and strife.  It has meant

everything to me.

The best thing I ever did for myself was joining this wonderful group of

caring, loving people.  You all have added so much to my life.

God Bless you all, and I pray for everyone to be pain free soon.  Take

good care of yourselves.  You are all so important to me.

Hi Barbara....

Sounds like it went so well..and I'm so glad that the financial end of it

is handled. Good...now onto bigger and better things.

That's such a relief.

You deserve all that you can get from him.

My foot is better...thank you. I'm doing okay. finally got the papers so

that makes me the executor. So I can start selling his car that he owes

on...either find someone to buy it. its a good car...06 grand Marguis with

only 21,000 mi on it. He owes $9000 right now on it. Its in excellent shape.

Hopefully, that will sell and I won't be making pymts on it. Though the

pymts are only $200 a month. I just don't need that big of a car.

so things are moving along.

Hugs and have a great weekend...

Hi a:  Thanks for your good wishes.  Such a relief for me.  I will be glad

when all is said and done.

I am very happy to hear that your foot has finally healed and you are doing

better.

I wish you good luck selling his car.  It is a lot to clear up an estate, etc.

I am sure you will do good.  The hard part is missing him, and being alone.  I

sure can relate to that.

I also hope you have a wonderful weekend. The weather was very hot and humid

here today.  I am waiting for the winter weather with open arms!!!

Take care of yourself, and wishing you many pain free days ahead.

Many hugs,

Barbara
