If you look through past messages you will find posts on

glyconutrients/Ambrotose. In my experience, they kick-started my system but were

costly and after a while I wasn't sure they were doing anything.I tried the Bob

Lawrence suggestion (without the whey as I'd already started the BBD). Again

they helped to start with but didn't do anything long term although I still take

kelp.JanetTo: mscured@...: ippokabos@..., I have

been studying about glyconutrients being a possible treatment for MS. (I can

provide the websites for those interested). Does anybody use this kind of

supplements? I have found two american brands but they are very expensive

especially for us in Europe, including transportation. Dr Bob Lawrence proposes

4 products as a cheaper alternative (Kelp, Aloe Vera, Shark Cartilage and whey

or egg protein) in New Pathways magazine, Feb 06. Any experience about

glyconutrients?Thanks,Katerina

  • 2 weeks later...

Hello all,

Some time ago I posted a question about glyconutrients and Dudley posted

back the site he is buying his own glyconutrients (Swanson). I ordered the

supplement and I have been on it  for one week now. I am very happy with it

because I had very positive results from the very first day.

Normally, my health is at a very good level, but there are moments MS is showing

its ungly face: Sometimes I have a poor balance when going down the stairs and I

get tired when I walk uninterrupted more than 1 Km. This week I have been able

to go down the stairs in the way I used to do it years ago. Yesterday I walked

fast for more than 2 km and there was no sign of fatigue. I attribute these

improvements to glyconutrients, since nothing else has changed in my regimen

lately (I am on the BBD, homeopathy, electromagnetic fields, power plate and

supplements such as essential fatty acids and antioxidants). I am entusiastic

and hope the improvements last. I wanted to share this with the group and

encourage other members to try.

That's great news.

I'll be interested to hear how you do.

I tried glyconutrients for a while and they did really good things to start wih.

I felt my body took what it needed and they kick-started me. When I came off

them I didn't notice any difference, apart from psychologically, and often

wonder what would have happened if I'd have stayed on them.

It looks like Swanson's glyconutrients are BBD-compliant.

Keep us informed.

Janet
