Guest guest
I agree that if you plan to use cilantro, you should also use a chelator to bind the mercury. Often then suggest starting the chelator to clean out the extracellular areas, then adding cilantro or lipoic acid which cross cell membranes and allow mercury to cross from areas like the brain where you don't want it and its hard to get out. There are a lot of options regarding chelators that some have had success with: HMD, IMD, NDF, NCD, Pectasol CF, chlorella, porphyrazyme(Biotics), etc. You should also take vit C and a good multimineral(you need extra during chelation) and garlic helps. Make sure the multimineral has a good bit of molydenum. Some have a problem with chlorella, but it works for some. Many of the other products are combination products, with one of the parts being a special form of chlorella or sea weed concentrate. Do a goggle search for the above and look at the study and clinical results for each. Choose the one that you think sounds good for your situation. Some also use chemical chelators like DMSA or DMPS, but you have to be careful with them and start slow with a full nutritional support protocol. Most prefer the natural chelators that I listed. Bernie ps: extra Vit C might help your symptoms; I take several grams (over 5) when I'm chelating.
